You use our content and tools at your own risk. MediaSavior, AppSavior, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages including lost profits, data, or clients. 3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality You may not copy, share, sell, modify, license, or white-label our content, systems, software, or materials without written permission. Marketing Rights By using our services, you grant us royalty-free rights to use your name, brand, app, screenshots, testimonials, and project deliverables in marketing, portfolio, and promotional materials at our discretion. 6. Jurisdiction These services are governed by Nebraska law. All disputes will be handled exclusively in courts located in Nebraska, USA.
